All those who attended will know that the conference was a resounding success. Over the two intense days of learning, discussing and debating – local and international speakers did a great job informing and educating the esteemed audience. The most important event was the establishment of a national biogas platform. The purpose of which is to streamline the development of biogas projects in the region and have a common voice and decision making body relating to biogas. We would like to thank all the sponsors involved, particularly the DoE and DBSA for arranging and hosting this important event, as well as all the contributors and delegates for the taking the time to participate.
